By clicking
the Submit button below, the Organization agrees to:
1.
All new groups and/or groups of 50 or more will be required to apply at the
CER Office.
2. Participants will be
under adult supervision at all times.
2. No food or drink is
permitted without approval from the CER Director or the Event Coordinator.
3. Groups will promptly
adhere to arrival and departure times.
4. Groups will remain in the
areas specified above in the application.
5. Organizations will be
held responsible for any vandalism, theft, damage, or additional hours needed for clean
up.
6. At least one week's
notice will be given in writing for a facility request, and multi-date usage will require
reapplying quarterly.
7.
No kitchen use unless requested and approved.
8.
You are not approved until you receive a permit. Bring the permit with
you.
9.
To ensure proper billing, a representative of your group must exit with the
CER staff.
Failure to adhere to any of the above mentioned rules may result in loss of facility
use and can result in a fine or a loss of deposit and automatic denial
of future requests. |
